KSG is passionate about food – we are food centric in everything we do.
We source the best ingredients on the island of Ireland and this fresh produce is delivered to our restaurants every morning – we never use consolidated distribution systems as this impacts the quality and freshness of our meals. We operate our own urban farms in Cork and Dublin.
We invest in our people and our City & Guilds accredited training facility is central in developing and mentoring the skills of our restaurant, café and hospitality teams.
We cook from scratch in small batches in our kitchens so as to deliver the very highest quality in taste and flavour to our customers.
Environmental and sustainable restaurant practices are important to us and we are delighted to have won Irish Champion at the Sustainable Restaurant Awards in 2016.
