Applicant Privacy Statement
When you provide your CV to us you provide personal details including your employment history, education history and contact details. This information will be stored securely either in a locked cabinet or on a secure system and is available to view by Human Resources and/or the hiring managers of any role you applied for.
If you are selected for interview your CV and/or other documents provided as part of your application will be printed/copied by the interviewer. If your application is successful, this information will be added to your personnel file and kept for the duration of your employment. If your application is unsuccessful, this information will be stored for a period of 1 year following your interview.
If you are not selected for interview, your information will be held for a period of 2 years.

If you would like your information to be deleted from our system, please contact email@example.com
Should HR or the hiring manager believe your skills and experience may be more suitable for another role, they will contact you to obtain your permission before passing your details to another hiring manager.
