UCC’s relationship with KSG has gained global recognition through UCC’s aspiration in becoming a sustainable university and KSG’s vision and determination in creating Ireland’s first single-use plastic free café at the Bio Sciences Faculty.  The Bio Green Café was a significant contributing factor to UCC being ranked number 1 University in the world for SDG 12: Sustainable Consumption and Production in the Times Higher Education Impact Ranking 2019. The Café was also a significant component of UCC winning the Repak Innovation in Waste Resource Services award category 2019. The new East Lounge in Dublin Airport opened in 2019 and its aim is to provide business class passengers on eastern-based airlines with a premium food and beverage offering. KSG have truly brought our vision to life providing passengers with a ‘showcase’ of the best of Irish food and a prime example of Irish hospitality whilst incorporating eastern cultures. As ambassadors and service professionals, the KSG team consistently deliver excellence, leaving a truly memorable impression of the Irish culture and welcome.
