Michael has been instrumental in developing KSG as an innovative and industry leading service provider. Michael leads a dynamic KSG team with an open and engaging leadership style. Key elements of Michael’s role are vision and strategy for the fast-paced food services industry.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Emma has been working with KSG for 10 years in several senior operational roles making a significant contribution to the successful evolution and development of KSG. Emma’s excellent interpersonal skills delivers highly motivated, engaged teams, delivering excellent customer satisfaction and standards. Emma makes no apologies for demanding the highest standards in service delivery across all KSG operations. Emma is results focused, with sound business planning skills and brings extensive account management experience to her role. Emma’s commitment to our clients and customers is to deliver dynamic, innovative and flexible services.

EMMA MAGUIRE
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Donal has worked with KSG for 12 years and he is a Chartered accountant. He is responsible for all company Financial and IT processes. Donal has extensive experience with an in-depth knowledge of the food services industry and the associated financial processes and controls. Donal also leads our IT team and the evolution of Technology enabled dining, is a key department activity.

DONAL DONNELLY
FINANCE DIRECTOR

Paul is an experienced project manager with extensive knowledge in successfully managing mobilisations and installation of restaurant fitouts and building projects. He manages the formulation of all company mobilisation and project plans. Paul has worked with KSG for 8 years and has managed numerous mobilisations as the company has expanded and developed significantly over these years. Efficient and effective project management is a key function for KSG as it aligns closely with company strategy.

Sarah is an accomplished and experienced Human Resources professional. Sarah works to shape and deliver strategic people plans for our fast-paced industry. KSG works hard to be the employer of choice in our industry and our City & Guilds Academy plays a central part in our HR plans. Driving high levels of employee engagement is a key measure of Sarah’s success. Sarah also works as part of our mobilisation team to ensure seamless on-boarding of new team members guaranteeing continuity of services from day one of any new operation.

Pio has over 20 years’ experience working with KSG within Food Safety and Health & Safety. Pio has designed, developed and executed health and safety plans and standards of food safety and hygiene across our organisation that are industry leading. Pio has pioneered a culture of safety first in the preparation and enforcement of all our company policies, which supports our commitment to Quality Assurance systems.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Stephen develops, implements and maintains IT solutions for KSG which enables our teams to deliver efficient and effective services to our clients. In this fast paced and tech driven environment Stephen provides IT support services across all technical platforms within the KSG Group. Stephen has 25 years of IT experience in Retail, Wholesale and Logistics working with large Irish and International companies such as BWG Foods, AIB, DAA, Air France, Anthony Nicholas Group and more.
